This hot pink and white chard is topped iwth savoyed, forest-green leaved that are packed with nutrition and flovor making it the ideal edible ornamental. It makes a great addition to salad and keeps its pink tones even if lightly steamed. It goes well in cold-weather soups, stwes, and casseroles.
