Liriopes are exceptional, small, perennial ornamental grasses that adapt to a wide range of uses due to their clumping form. You can line them up for a solid, textured edging along a pathway or you can use them in a mass for a shady ground cover. Showy spikes of deep purple flowers rise above the arching, grass-like foliage.
