Vinca Minor vines stay short, sprawling out over the ground. They do not stand very tall, but their trailing smooth, evergreen leaves and stems can reach 18 inches in length and stay fine all year round. They commonly put out a blue-lavender flower in the spring and easily grow in average, well-drained soil in     full sun/partial shade.
